By accessing or using CR3X.net Presents ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must leave the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Site contains sexually explicit material intended exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By entering the Site you represent and warrant that:

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.

All sales of digital content, token bundles, subscriptions, custom videos, personal appearances, tip-menu orders, and event tickets are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital adult content and virtual goods, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed, tokens have been issued or spent, or a live event has commenced.

Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our end (e.g., a live stream that never started). To request a review, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.

Chargebacks & Disputes: By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy. If you have a concern, you must contact us first at the email above before initiating any dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination with no right of reinstatement.
• Forfeiture of any unused token balance or subscription time remaining.
• Submission of purchase records, IP logs, session data, and account activity to our payment processor as evidence to contest the dispute.
• Recovery of any chargeback fees or penalties imposed on us as a result of the dispute.

We maintain detailed transaction records, IP addresses, session logs, and account activity for all purchases. This information will be provided to our payment processor and, where required, to law enforcement or legal counsel.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on any third party's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation.
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR3X.net Presents and Craig Reynolds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CR3X.net Presents, Craig Reynolds, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
