  • Payment Information: Billing details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and last-four digits.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically via server logs.
  • Communications: Messages you send through our contact form or community chat.
  • Cookies: Session cookies required for authentication and preference cookies for your consent choices. See Section 6.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your member account.
  • Process purchases and deliver digital content.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations).
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions and community standards.
  • Improve the Site's functionality and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. DISCRETION & CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand that our members value their privacy deeply. We treat all account information, purchase history, and community activity with strict confidentiality. We will never disclose your identity, membership, or activity on this Site to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., payment processors).

Our staff and any contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations. Unauthorized disclosure of member information by any staff member is grounds for immediate termination.

4. DATA SHARING

We share your data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: For server operation and content delivery. These providers are contractually prohibited from accessing your data for their own purposes.
  • Law Enforcement: Only when required by a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.).

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Note that some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

6. COOKIES

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and site functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Preference Cookies: Store your cookie consent choice and age verification confirmation.
  • Analytics Cookies: Only set with your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

7. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to log out after each session.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This Site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately and terminate the associated account.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
