Modeling & Performer Agreement

This agreement is between the performer named below ("Model") and Craig Reynolds ("Producer"), operating as CR3X.net Presents. By signing, the Model grants the Producer the rights described herein.

Terms of Agreement

1. Grant of Rights. The Model grants Craig Reynolds ("Producer") a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media captured during the performance session(s) ("Content"), for any promotional, commercial, or revenue-generating purpose, including but not limited to: website publication, social media, streaming platforms, adult content platforms, merchandise, and advertising.

2. Ownership. All Content produced during the session(s) is expressly and exclusively owned by Craig Reynolds unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties states otherwise. The Model retains no ownership interest in the Content.

3. Compensation. Compensation, if any, shall be negotiated separately between the Model and the Producer prior to the session. Any agreed compensation terms may be noted in the field below. Absence of a compensation term does not invalidate this agreement.

4. Exclusions. Any specific uses the Model wishes to exclude must be stated in writing in the Exclusions field below. Exclusions not stated at the time of signing are not valid after the fact.

5. Age Verification. The Model represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of signing. The Model agrees to provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

6. Consent. The Model confirms that their participation is entirely voluntary and that they have not been coerced or pressured into signing this agreement.

7. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

8. Entire Agreement. This document, together with any separately negotiated compensation agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions.

Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) requires producers of sexually explicit content to maintain records verifying that every performer is 18 years of age or older. By completing this section, you are providing the information required by law. This information is kept confidential and is only disclosed if required by law enforcement.
